NEVER AGAIN!
Operating hours is not aligned with their signage, so we asked one of the staff what time can we order, we were told it was 11, so we waited an hour outside just so we can dine in!!! at exactly 11, we still waited for a while because no one from the staff approached us. we had to call their attention several times before we could enter,
When we got the chance to sit down and order the staffs are completely ignoring us, we felt completely invisible felt like we are burden to them by just simply ordering, so we decided to approach the cashier and the only thing he said "lalapitan namin kayo" we waited another 20 mins for them to get our orders before deciding to leave. For me, the food is a bit pricey, but we don't mind as long as we're treated well. They are not understaffed BTW, we are the only customer at that time and we are calling the attention of about 5 crew members, they can see us but choose to ignore us, if there's only an option to give no stars at all i would give that rating.
NEVER AGAIN! IF THE MANAGEMENT CAN SEE THIS PLEASE INFORM YOUR MORNING SHIFT STAFF TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMER PROPERLY, IF THEY CANT IMPROVE, BETTER YET REPLACE THEM TO SAVE UR BUSINESS. (JAN 10 2025 FRIDAY-BRANCH NEAR...

Le Ching’s spareribs have always been a part of my visits to Greenhills Shopping Center for as long as I can remember.
It tastes just like the first time I ever had one of these silver canisters filled with the goodness of rice and spareribs. Use the chili garlic with caution as it can get extremely spicy.
If ever I had to take balikbayans and tourists out, I’d probably take them to Greenhills just to taste Le Ching (and cop some fake designer goodies in the process too lol).
What I don’t appreciate, however, is how freaking expensive their food has become. The Spareribs Rice is now at ₱295. I remember slightly balking at this dish (even though I would still order it) when it was selling for like ₱175. It’s not like the portions became more generous nor did their servers suddenly become snappy and quick. Inflation? Maybe, but probably not the sole reason.
In my mind, Le Ching is in the same category with Ma Mon Luk as the places where you get treated like sh*t, but still keep coming back because the food is just that good (and probably equal...

Our recent visit to Le Ching Tea House -- lunch time October 15 -- was truly unsatisfactory. The serving size was noticeably smaller. Our food tasted bad -- the mushrooms in my Chicken Mushroom rice tasted old and smelled worse. I ordered Halo-Halo noodles, too. The chicken in this noodle soup was dry and tasteless -- hard to believe that chicken meat immersed in soup can still be dry.
Food prices were on the high side -- a complete contrast to the low quality of the food.
Worse yet, the area where we were seated had a lot of mosquitoes. I suspect that their water tank of their water cooled fans served as a breeding ground for these insects. We were slapping insects continuously to the point that the waitress thought we were slamming the table in anger. We patiently explained that we were slapping the mosquitoes away.
All in all, our last trip to Le Ching Tea House wasn't a pleasant one. I can only hope that this one-favored establishment regains their footing and delivery higher quality food amidst...
