Similarly priced to competitors, but does not come to par in any aspect Service is poor. They prioritize cleaning tables and placing a default banchan and rice set before they take orders - after which the tables were still as greasy as their floors. They weren't able to keep up with Sunday lunch customers. A lot of tables had requests for banchan, rice, water, tissue, and even vegetables. We personally had to request ice from the service area, as well as request tongs which our waiter forgot. The 'manager' when we were there was not in any uniform, carried a shoulder bag all the time, and was too preoccupied with getting customers to come in rather than lead her service crew. One korean national was shouting in anger because no one was servicing him. I personally had to go to the cashier as well just so I we can be free of the place. The meat is average. It looks fresh and well sliced, but taste bland and are relatively more fatty than other restaurants. You have been warned: none are truly marinated. You feel like you're eating the same thing the whole time. I'm starting to think that their business strategy is to lure you in and send you home early with poor service so you won't eat too much. The only way to get what you paid for is to never go back here again. One thing this branch has it going for them is their location. It's the first thing to your right just as you exit Greenhill's carpark. But if you want some advice - don't let the hunger fool you, there's nothing special here. Move along.

The staff are super inattentive! The service was slow and they don’t change plates even if it’s already grilling charcoal on it. There were only 3 tables occupied when we ate but the service took forever!!! The pork and beef wasn’t well marinated and there’s nothin special about their side dishes. The cheese isn’t that good. In their ad, it says 6 kinds of side dishes but we only got 5. If you’re only eat chicken and your friends will order pork and beef (unli), they won’t allow you to order your own unli chicken. They’ll ask you to order all kinds of meat unli. You’ll pay for the same price.

Unlimited BarBque best for interactive meal sure to satisfy your voracious carnivorous appetite! Authentic soju will complete your authentic Korean experience here. Be ready to come out fully satisfied with the serving offering good value for money. And be ready to come out scented. 😋

I recently visited Samgyeop Masarap with high hopes for a delightful dining experience, but unfortunately, my expectations were not met. The staff, especially the older gentleman, exhibited rude behavior that tainted the entire meal. Despite our efforts to place an order, it seemed as though our requests were being blatantly ignored.

To make matters worse, when our order finally arrived, it fell short of what we had requested. We had ordered a certain amount of meat, but the portion delivered was significantly less than what we had paid for. It was disheartening to see such disregard for customer satisfaction.

Adding to the frustration, the staff members were consistently absent from the dining area, presumably occupied in the kitchen. This made it nearly impossible to seek assistance or address any concerns we had during our meal.

Even more disappointing was the lack of involvement from the manager. Instead of actively managing the restaurant and ensuring a positive experience for patrons, the manager appeared disinterested, simply sitting and attending to paperwork without regard for what was happening within the establishment.

Overall, my experience at Samgyeop Masarap was far from enjoyable. The combination of rude staff, incomplete orders, and negligent management left a sour taste in my mouth. It's a shame that such potential is overshadowed by such...

We had the unli pork, beef and wagyu cubes, at around P670 per person, inclusive of tax. Of course, it's imitation wagyu cubes, but whatever, we ordered as much as we could. The grill we used almost caught on fire, but the manager assured us that we're safe, that they have gas detector. Still, it was scary. The exhaust fan tube is not working well enough.

Service is 3.5 out of 5 ...there were only 2 servers, and maybe 6 tables occupied, minimum of 2 pax per table Food is 3.5 out of 5 ...side dishes and meats were ok

(+) Plus points-- they have a handwashing area, with soap and working hand dryer (-) Minus points-- they are not using stay safe app, so you have to encode your data into their own system. I'm not sure if there was a privacy notice there-- too...
