Disappointing Experience

Our visit was far from pleasant. The staff were inattentive and seemed irritated whenever we asked for something. Service was extremely slow, and to make matters worse, the table next to us was served first, even though we had ordered before them.

Hygiene was also a major issue. There were a lot of flies—way too many for a dining establishment. The glass doors were dirty with visible handprints, and our table was oily.

As for the food, you get what you pay for. Since the prices are cheap, the quality of the meat reflects that. The cuts were thick and even had visible stamps, similar to what you’d see at a market. However, we did enjoy the beef enoki. The side dish buffet, which included rice, kimchi, radish, marble potatoes, and lettuce, was poorly monitored and not refilled regularly.

We still finished our meal, but overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t be returning. It’s a shame because the restaurant has a lot of potential if only it were...

My recent visit to SoJuu Korean BBQ with my college friends was a mix of positives and a few drawbacks. On the positive side, the food was quite good. The flavors were authentic, and the variety of dishes offered a delightful experience for anyone craving Korean BBQ. The service was also commendable; the staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed.

However, there was a significant issue that marred our experience: the presence of too many flies. It was quite bothersome and made it difficult to fully enjoy the meal. If the restaurant management can address this hygiene concern, it would greatly enhance the dining experience.

Dining experience was okay, very attentive staff and cozy environment. They have clean comfort room and reasonable price. Would've rated 5 stars if beef meat are sliced thinly and service time is fast, yes, staff are attentive but it will take time serving our requess (today).
