Chowking San Pablo Junction — Restaurant in San Pablo

I’m a loyal customer of Chowking and usually enjoy their food at different locations, but I was really disappointed with my recent order from Chowking – San Pablo 2 (junction) through Foodpanda. The beef chaofan I received had dry rice that tasted off, not beefy, too salty , and lumpia that was so hard it was difficult to eat. It didn’t seem fresh at all, more like it had been reheated since it tasted like it.

I reported the issue to Foodpanda support, provided photos, and explained my concern, but they refused to process any refund or anything and said the restaurant’s records showed no issues. As a long-time customer, I expected better service and food quality.

People working on the wee hours can't even order from this Chowking branch. Most of the time, my orders from Grab and Foodpanda will extend from the normal time of 30-45 to 2 hours and then got cancelled. If you guys aren't open to food deliveries during 10pm to 5am, then please don't waste our time and expect our orders to be processed and get delivered and marked your branch as closed during 10pm to 5am. I've been to your branch multiple times during this time as well and the crew seems to doesn't want to get the orders and tells people to wait for 40 minutes for a single order, and there aren't just 2-3 people who ordered.
