Jollibee — Restaurant in San Pablo

Digrace on customer service, no explanation on why the food will take 20 mins to prepare no advise on the window that orders will take long time, food will serve asap no waiting on the orders taken as per the employee ,12 cars already pass us to serve through the delivery section most of them have 4-6 items with almost 1-2 minutes. the first order we receive was the sundae then we waited for 20 minutes. Not advisable to have a take out on this branch of jollibee even the manager dont even explain why the food took longer than others he just give the food to his crew...

Disappointing.... We just make our first drive thru on this branch on our way home. We order 2 sets of Jolly hotdog meal, where we ate on the way and 6 piece bucket chicken as pasalubong to my kids. To my amazement, when we arrive at home, there is only 5 pieces of chicken inside. Most of the time, we make drive thru to a lot of branches and not a single time there are missing items. Only now on this branch.... Now, I can not trust Jollibee staff anymore. Need to double check, everything before leaving...
