Location is busy. We came here at lunch time, lines were very long. Only two counters were available that time, no priority lane. We ordered at around 12:45pm, the staff advised us about the 20-30mins waiting time which was okay.
But the waiting time really lasted long, we waited for our food for an hour. Also asked the staff to follow up my order two times, they were not accommodating at all. Unfriendly. Monitor for order tracking was not working. Dine in orders and trays were lining up. Unhygienic and understaff I think. We got our orders after an hour, and the food came cold. A fast food resto should have fast service or at least be true to their words.
On a positive side, this branch is pretty big and accessible. Not considering going back here on busy times, unless there are no other options. Plenty of fast food restos are also walkable from here, better go there during rush hours to avoid the stress from this branch’s...

The first cashier assist us regarding to our order, she mentioned that it will takes to 15 to 20 mins because of the chicken. So we agreed on that waiting time, then after 25 minutes I follow up our and then "GAB" tell me for another 3 minutes. Again I agreed it to again I understand since I'm working too in the hospitality industry. Then after 5mins I ask GAB where's the 3mins that she gave, GAB get my number without any sayin and throw it on her back table and not even saying something and her other co worker are fight. Yeah I hear it and the other cashier assist us on our order and she asking for my number then I tell here that GAB THROW IT AWAY. Then that cashier ask for apology. But still that experience with GAB was Devastating to act like that since she's on a field of hospitality industry. Looking forward for the managers...
