Starbucks Petron SLEX San Pedro (Southbound) — Restaurant in San Pedro

This is the worst starbucks coffee that I've been. Imagine, I've collected 18 stickers for my starbucks planner. To be fair the cashier asked me if what planner I want and he mentioned something mint and I thought that it's the 'PLANNER' that I want and take note I haven't had physically the planner yet on my hand. I suddenly realised that I want to change the organizer into a planner and the reason that the cashier told me, it's already punched from the machine, ( what the heck!!!!). For me, it's not a valid reason, as a customer I have the privileged to choose what planner I want. Now, as I have checked the policy of the company about this planner, I was so shocked, their 14th policy, once claimed (which I haven't literally on my hand, the organiser) returned or exchanged are strictly not allowed. So it means I can still changed the organizer into a PLANNER that I want. So, I asked why I can't changed it? Then the poor little boy on the cashier said "oh because sir I already punched it. Like wtf!!!! I became more pissed because of the manager who gave me pathetic reason " ah sir, it's limited edition eh.. like seriously???? I did not further freak out because as I don't want to be on video just because people might missed interpret what I am fighting for which is my rights to have the planner that I want which I think I am still allowed to changed because I haven't have the organizer on my hand. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE AS MOST OF THE STAFFS ARE REALLY RUDE, BECAUSE IF YOU GET PISSED OFF THEY WILL TALK ABOUT YOU AND WILL GIVE YOU...

I would like to call the attention of the Starbucks personnel which I don't want to name na 🙃, long que is understandable as we saw the que when we went iin, everything had been served on time, yet when I am claiming my rewards, she ask me to wait on one side, then she continues to take the orders on the long que...I thought of waiting till the que finishes to interrupt her , then I notice the que keep piling so I have to disrupt this lady, I just want to give this feedback to Starbucks Slex, first time to experience this kind of service...
