Location: It's inside Vista Mall in Sta Rosa. I think it's accessible, good location. There's a good space for parking so it won't be a problem.

It is also near the entrance so it's super easy to find.

Services: I haven't been to a lot of samgyeup resto so I can't really say if they're up to the standards.

But based on my experience, the crew were kind, polite, & easy to deal with.

Grill: Their grilling pan isn't non stick. Meat kept on sticking to it. If you're impatient you'd just leave the resto right away 🤣

I'm glad we were patient and kept asking the crew to change the grilling pan after every set.

The crew were kind & patient with us.

Drinks: They provide unlimited iced tea. We asked for a refill perhaps 3-4x. The pitcher is just small. Its size is like a large glass of wendy 😁 But anyhow, you can have it refilled so it isnt bad. We had to ask for a replacement after serving a tasteless iced tea. But their iced tea tasted good that's why we were able to taste the difference of tasteless iced tea and a good one 😂

Meat: The rest of the meat were good tasting esp the beef! They also included dimsum which is perfect for the soup. The meat tasted fresh. The chicken. Though it was salty.

Shrimp: Fresh. They serve 4 or 5 each time.

Noodles: They provided a pack of noodles with spicy seasoning. You have the option to use it or not. (Dapat pala tinake out ko na lang 🤣)

Lettuce: They provide fresh looking lettuce. BUT, not enough for the table. Tendency is youll ask for more.

Sidedish: Their kimchi was ok..it wasnt spicy. Their pickled raddish was good tasting. Other sides were Spicy sauce, vinegar, corn salad, & soy sauce.

Exhaust: Very poor! I believe they only have one. Which is so disappointing. Kundi lang masarap ung meat, palagay ko marami na naghurementado 😂

Rest Room: There is none. There's no provision to wash your hands. I think exhaust & restroom are their room for improvements.

Time limit: It was interesting to set a time limit. First time to encounter a samgyeup resto with time limit. But it was fine. They set it to 2.5 hours & we were super full already by then. No charges for unfinished food or drinks.

Cleanliness: I didnt walk around the place but our area was clean enough.

Ambiance: There was nothing to see except fellow hungry meat eaters 🤣😂😁

Overall this place offers a good deal. For only P600 you can already get unlimited meat, shrimps & everything you see in the photo. Free iced tea (unlimited too!) & Free Melona ice cream after your meal

There were many shabu-shabu restaurants in vista mall Santo Rosa. Specifically 2nd floor. Long period of quarantine. Restaurants has been closed from time to time. This restaurant also closed for a while, but it is open now and many customers are lined up because other restaurants are closed.unlimited restaurants price is around 400 to 700 pesos depending on different kind of meat. This restaurant also on the ordinary price line. The quality is good and service is ok.you can enjoy the hotpot. It is located outside of the circle hallway. But just near main entrance and open place to see so it is easy to find.if you wait in the line they provide chairs and it is open place that You can enjoy the green plants. and fountain in 1st floor.it is ok to visit at lunch or dinner time. But if you don't want to wait for long line. Plz avoid crowded time. Shops and restaurants are still closed. But looks it is...

My parents brought us here for dinner. All was good, all crew was very accommodating. Our server made sure that we had everything we needed. Hands up to our server, Joven, 100% exceptional customer service.

One thing I didnt like about here is that, i have my daughters, 12 and 11 years of age that had the right to avail the discount. However, we are balikbayans and that my kids dont have ids nor passports all the time.

The manager didnt even talked to us properly, Joven approached us with embarassment to tell us that the two girls has to be charged the full amount.

To the manager on duty—— let me tell you one thing, canadian kids doesnt carry school ids, nor we dont need to bring ids for them to avail such promo. If that was the case— pls add it to your sign outside. You are indeed rude not talking to us and letting your server do all...
