Conti's Take Out Nook - SM City Sta. Rosa Laguna — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

We recently visited Conti's at SM Sta. Rosa and were disappointed by the level of service we received. Around 10 AM, we asked the cashier about the availability of the pistachio cake. She informed us that it would be delivered around 12nn and reservations were not even allowed. She also mentioned that the cake would be available on a first-come, first-served basis, with only about 8 boxes expected. We returned at 11am to check if the cake had arrived, only to be told it was already sold out. The staff even asked if we had a receipt. When we explained that we hadn't received one, as reservations were not allowed, they seemed confused and simply reiterated that the cake was sold out. We hope Conti's can improve their customer service, especially by providing consistent and clear communication to avoid situations like this...

This is the first time that I went to this Conti's branch. I am very happy with the cashier and salespersons from this store. They are welcoming, polite and helpful. For today, I bought their chicken pie that costs P50. I bought a dozen for my parents. It was also my first time to try it. The flakes was really buttery and the chicken filling is well-seasoned. It will now be one of my favorite products from Conti's aside from their cakes, brownies and lengua de gato. Just disappointed that it is just a kiosk and not the full restaurant. My friends and I had a bad experience with your staff. Regarding the QR code, we didn’t know that it was valid only in real time and would disappear if not paid immediately. My friend sent a photo of the QR code to another friend who was going to pay, and the payment went through (it was deducted from my friend’s account). But the cashier refused to give us our cake, saying the transaction was unsuccessful.
