Service was fast and organized, though there’s a short wait during busy hours, which is expected. Love that they give a free glazed donut when you order dine-in drinks — such a nice bonus! 🍩✨

They have plenty of choices for donuts and coffee, and everything was fresh and delicious. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Payment is convenient because they accept both cash and card. Perfect spot for a quick snack or coffee break inside the mall.

Definitely worth visiting if you’re craving something sweet...

I usually enjoy going to JCO but my recent visit to their SM Sta. Rosa branch was honestly disappointing. The crew didn’t seem approachable or willing to assist. Parang iritable sila and it felt like I was bothering them just by ordering.

I came to buy Dec. 31. Line was very long, from the counter up to outside the store area. The management did not do anything to resolve or at least hasten the ordering process. There was only one cashier and he still had to encode every flavor of donut that a customer ordered. They could have at least open 2 registers for faster transactions.
