Nachos Grande

It looks grand because it's on a long oval plate. It has meat on top. The special sauce has a sweet taste. The nacho chips are sweet too. Even the meat they used.

Kids will prolly like it.

Quarter chicken feels small. It tasted sooo dry. And again, it's sweet.

Good thing I paired it with coleslaw and garlic mushroom.

Coleslaw was okay..nothing remarkable same with garlic mushroom.

Quesadilla was so so.

I loved the salsa that came with it.

The overall taste in all the food was sweet.

Nakakaumay.

Service was good. Crews were helpful & ensured customer satisfaction.

June 2, we had our dinner here to celebrate my brother’s birthday. Napansin ko si guy staff very friendly sya sa niece ko and her mom dahil aware siguro sya na sila ang magbabayad, dahil with the rest of family members hindi sya accommodating.OK naman ang appetizers at mukang napadami ng order at muka naman natutuwa si guy staff. Pero napansin ko at nalasahan na yung sinerve sa amin na back ribs at chicken ay hindi freshly cooked, mukang ininit lang (as shown sa photos). We can honestly tell the difference kasi nung bago pa ang GRINGO’s kumain na kami sa SM Sucat branch.Actually yan sa photo ay for take out na kasi hindi talaga kami nasarapan. Yung pasta naman halos hindi nabawasan yung 2 plates dahil halos walang lasa. I asked the lady staff na lumapit sa table if she can do anything para maimprove ang lasa-tinalikuran lang kami!!! So bayaran time na. Napansin ko friendly pa din si guy sa niece & mom, kaya inapproach ko sya to comment about the food. Ayun na! Nagbago bigla ang dating nya, na parang sinasabi wala syang paki-alam sa akin. Ang comment nya sabay turo sa mga kasama (directing sa kitchen), “ay hindi na sa akin yan, sa kitchen na po yan”! ! Hindi ko na sya pinatulan, ang sabi ko lang magbibigay ako ng reviews online. Then nakwento ko sa niece ko nung nasa bahay na kami. And she felt off dun sa the same guy na OK at first. Sabi nya nung pinapa ready na yung for take-away humingi sila ng addl dip-sumimangot si staff at may binubulong. Another incident was when this guy-stafff saw na nirireview ni niece ang bill habang tinatanong nya ang mom nya dahil may mga additional orders na inorder naman talaga ng mom nya nung umalis sya saglit. As an accountant sanay sya na gawin yon, so wala naman syang nakitang mali, kundi dun sa reaction ni guy-staff na twing magtatanong si niece sa mom nya, si guy staff ang sasagot by reading kung ano ang nasa bill. In short, annoying na sya. Sana itrain pa yung mga ganitong tao dahil hindi naman namin kinain ng libre yung food at sana ayusin ang food na siniserve… if you have cctv, you can always check to see about...

We went there during lunch today, and I think they were just opening because we were the only ones there. The ambiance was great, and the staff was very accommodating. The wait time for the food was also pretty decent.

The food was fantastic. We ordered the platter for 1699, which was enough for three people. The rice had a sour flavor that complemented the smokiness of the proteins. The ribs and chicken were tender and smoky. The two sauces were both sour and garlicky, each offering a unique take on the flavor. The pasta was creamy and delicious.
