We recently visited this Jollibee branch and ordered a group meal, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The order took over an hour to arrive, which is quite unexpected for a fast-food restaurant. While we understand that the team was busy, the lack of customer engagement made the wait even more frustrating.
What stood out the most was the demeanor of the manager and cashier. The manager, in particular, did not appear welcoming or engaged, which can greatly impact the overall atmosphere and service quality. A more positive and customer-friendly approach from the leadership team could help improve staff morale and the overall dining experience.
