Kanin Club: A Homely Filipino Culinary Retreat Nestled in the heart of Paseo Outlet, Kanin Club stands out as a culinary gem that offers a nostalgic journey through the flavors of the Philippines. The restaurant’s ambiance transports you to a bygone era, reminiscent of a traditional Filipino home from the 1970s, complete with retro decor and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The menu is a delightful showcase of local favorites, featuring dishes that resonate with the soul of Filipino cooking. Patrons rave about the crispy dinuguan, a rich and savory pork blood stew with a delightful crunch, and the fresh lumpia, a fresh spring roll filled with a medley of vegetables and sweet sauce1. The pinaputuk na tilapia, a perfectly cooked fish dish bursting with flavors, is another must-try. Portions are generous, often good for sharing between two people, making it an ideal spot for families and friends. The service is noted for being prompt and courteous, with attentive staff that cater to diners’ needs efficiently. Kanin Club’s commitment to affordability without compromising on taste has earned it a loyal following. Whether it’s the kare-kare, a peanut sauce-based stew, or the crispy pata, a deep-fried pork knuckle, the food is consistently delicious and served at reasonable prices. In summary, Kanin Club at Paseo Outlet is more than just a restaurant; it’s a comforting embrace of Filipino culture and cuisine. It’s a place where every meal feels like a festive gathering, and every visitor leaves with a satisfied palate and a heart full of memories.

I missed Kakanin Club so much that I've been thinking about it for years now. They used to be at Ayala Triangle. This was the only time I was South, and I dragged the friends to go there. Cheat day well spent with their tinapa rice—perfectly paired with ensaladang mangga and red egg. The pancit canton was delicious, though a bit more slurry sauce would've made it even better. The crispy kangkong was a great way to start the meal. Of course, the star of the show was their crunchy dinuguan. But me? I was here for the rice and the ensaladang pancit. If you're not a fan of cilantro, you might want to skip the latter.

Just visited Kanin Club for the first time, and wow, what a great experience! We went on a weekday night, and I couldn’t believe how busy it was – clearly a favorite spot! The food is super comforting and just hits the spot. My daughter loved the sisig, and my son was all about the lechon kawali. Honestly, everything we tried was delicious! The servers were really attentive. If you're in the mood for some tasty comfort food, definitely check out Kanin Club! We’ll be back for sure!

Kanin Club is one of the best Filipino restaurants that I have ever visited. It has a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home, and the food is absolutely delicious.

The menu at Kanin Club features a variety of traditional Filipino dishes, all of which are made with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. Some of my favorites include the crispy dinuguan, the kare-kare, and the crispy pata. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable, making it an excellent value for the quality of the food.

The service at Kanin Club is also top-notch. The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They are always happy to make recommendations and answer any questions you may have.

One of the standout features of Kanin Club is their unique take on traditional Filipino dishes. For example, they offer a dish called "sinangag na sinigang," which is a twist on the classic sinigang soup. Instead of serving the soup with rice on the side, they mix the rice directly into the soup, creating a delicious and filling one-pot meal.

Overall, Kanin Club is a fantastic restaurant that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to experience authentic Filipino cuisine in a welcoming and cozy setting. The food is outstanding, the service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. It is a must-visit for anyone in the Philippines, and I can't...

Kanin Club is located in Paseo de Santa Rosa in Laguna just behind Cafe Breton. They offer filipino and asian food. Recommened are their sisig, crispy dinuguan, sinigang, tahong, tilapia and tom yum soup. They have variety of rice from plain to those flavored with dried fish flakes that makes them tasty. After a full meal, its time for dessert.

Here are some of the yummy Pinoy desserts that I like in Kanin Club (KC).

Turon KC. Their turon is short and stout. Kinda looks like fat lumpia togue, but full of yummyness you won't forget.

The crispy turon wrapper is glazed with caramel and stuffed with banana, ube jam (purple yam), buko (young coconut) strips, and sweetened beans. You can order the ala Mode version so you get a scoop of ice cream. It's like eating halo-halo minus the crushed ice - a dry halo-halo. The only thing missing is the slice of leche flan.

Maruya with Ice Cream. The humble banana fritters reinvented to a hot and elegant Pinoy dessert that is sprinkled with cinnamon and topped with a scoop of cold ice cream.

Saging ulit: Saba con Hielo. A sweet and tummy-filling cold treat perfect for our...
