KFC — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

Breakfast. To start the day, a cup of hot coffee for me is great. But here, sorry, NO coffee available because their coffee machine is not working. I mean, its part of their menu and to think they are open 24 hrs. They should make sure everything is working properly.

Maybe one reason why there's plenty of seats is because of their poor service. We came here to have breakfast today.... NO coffee!

Tables are still dirty from the leftovers of the customers. Plates have not been dished out. So we had to wipe the tables ourselves. Just when we were about to eat, one crew member tried to spray sanitizer on the table beside us. He could have done it before.

Finally, when we finished our meal, all the plates we saw when we entered were still there and they were still mopping the floor.

My gosh, these chores should have been done before they opened the store. ATTENTION STORE SUPERVISOR, WAKE UP!!! Your sink in your wash area is clogged and dirt is everywhere.

Maybe this is one reason why some reviews say there's plenty of seats because your service is sloppy and food...

Worst KFC dine-in branch we had ever experienced 'coz we waited for 45 minutes in line, to get our order up to food serving. Had asked the crews as to why they don't have aircon and worst that they don't have even stand-by fans for customers as an alternative. The response are "it is in normal temp" amd the other said "sira po sir eh" Note that about 50% of the tables were occupied I dunno if they are on cost cutting or they are on the about to close. This place must have been the example why I read a story on how KFC restaurants are dying. We went in May when the temp was 36 degrees outside, like others we do not want to cook at home, the place had NO AC and was hotter than my home, that is terrible. .
