Read moreThis is the most disappointing Mama Louâs branch weâve ever been to. My family and I have dined at almost every Mama Louâs in the South, and the SM Sta. Rosa branch is the only one that doesnât live up to the brand.
The service was the worst: inattentive staff and a 45-minute waiting time, with dishes served one by one every 15 minutes. Even if they say itâs because there are many customers, the branch is tiny, so full house isnât a valid reason. Other, busier branches manage to serve everything within 20 minutes.
The menu is also different, they use spaghetti instead of linguine for all pastas, donât serve pitchers of iced tea, and the marbled ribeye steak, which is usually soft and flavorful in other branches, was tough and rubbery here.
Really disappointing overall, this branch doesnât reflect the usual quality or service of Mama Louâs. Hope you take this feedback...
Read moreLast night, my family and I dined at Mama Louâs in SM Santa Rosa. We always go there for the ravioli â the staff even knows us for that â and weâve always been happy, until yesterday. The entire kitchen team working last night should be fired. I will make sure everyone that we know is aware about our experience ( facebook,...
