Nono's | SM Sta Rosa — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

I've been to the solenad location twice. First time, great, second time, good but not great. Then, for my wifes birthday, we found ourselves having a great time at SM Santa Rosa. My wife liked Nono's, so we went. Terrible. Sorry, sir, no grilled cheese for your salad. Oh, but still the same price. I ordered anyways, my kids had the pasta, and it was like 10oz worth. Tiny. My wife and I shared that the Diablo shrimp pasta was good. Anyways, that is b.s. that they short you on an important part of a dish and still charge you for it as if it's as advertised on their menu. The restaurant felt cold and had no ambiance at all, like eating at a mall. We will never go back. I recently celebrated my mom’s birthday at Nono’s, and it was a wonderful experience! The staff was very friendly and accommodating—they managed to fit us in with a last-minute reservation, which I really appreciated. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, and my family enjoyed the relaxed, spacious, and quiet vibe.

The food was great! We loved the cheese wonton fries and truffle pasta, though the rest of the dishes were more on the ordinary side. They even provided a free cake for the birthday celebrant, which was a lovely touch. My only suggestion would be to add more restroom space, as there can be a bit of a wait.

Me and my brother were looking for a restaurant that's not too crowded and we decided to try Nono's. We ordered Sisig and a platter of their Spaghetti Bolognese and we were amazed by the portion and the quality of their food. We really had a great time 'cause of the staff's excellent accomodation, the ambiance and the music as well. It's not so intimidating to dine there unlike other restaurants.
