Review for Rai Raiken - MAPLASAN SHELL Branch

We had lunch today at Rai Raiken located in Maplasan Shell and ordered food good for 10 people. The meal was satisfying and the ambiance of the place was pleasant. After dining, we requested that the remaining food be packed for takeout.

As we were the only customers left in the restaurant, we stayed for a few more minutes to take some group photos before leaving. Unfortunately, we forgot to bring the packed food with us. What was disappointing is that despite our presence in the restaurant during those final moments, no one from the staff—including the manager, Mr. Glen Pillarina—made any effort to remind us or stop us before we exited. Given that we were the only group in the restaurant at that time, and that we stayed visible for several more minutes, a simple reminder would have been appreciated.

While we fully acknowledge that it was our responsibility to remember the takeout, good customer service often includes looking out for details like this, especially when the situation is as clear and manageable as it was.

We hope this feedback is taken constructively and used to help improve the attentiveness and service quality moving forward.

Do not have proper customer service. I was the only customer and no one greeted me and showed me to my table.
