Some of the food we had:
Mushroom velouté -creamy, earthy mushroom flavor with crunchy bits. Portion was just alright but it left me craving for more. 8/10
Crab dip -with tangy sour and a bit of spicy aftertaste, creamy, they used real crab meat, delicious melted cheese that was a little charred adding a toasty/smokey top layer. 8.4/10
Sourdough (complimentary) -crispy edges with soft and tender center, good quality EVOO with a hint of fruity flavor. This can also be ordered as take home along with their wide variety if pastries. 8.7/10
Salmon risotto -cook of the pasta was perfect! Very creamy, soft but not mushy, with crunchy french beans and salty umami caviar on the side. The Salmon was superb with the crispy skin and a rich - almost buttery meat. 10/10
Pork tomahawk -tender porkchop, balanced sweet savory sauce, big portion! perfectly paired with the side of baked potato with melted cheese on top 9.3/10
Cheese icecream -gelato quality - creamy almost custardy with crunchy contrasting crumble, right level of sweetness 8/10
Orange cake (complimentary) prominent orange taste, im thinking that they included orange peel(?) I had a bit of bitter aftertaste but my husband finds it ok. Delicious sweet glaze to balance everything out. 7.8/10
Pandan Tarragon- refreshing and sweet! I loved this. 9/10

Read moreIt’s a lovely place, “bespoke” feeling as advertised, and the servings were fairly generous for this kind of dining. However we found the quality of the dishes to be uneven. Here’s what we got: Crab dip w sourdough. 1*. The star is for the bread. The dip tasted like mayonnaise with way too much vinegar, and zero crab. Almost inedible. Corn veloute. 4*. Very tasty and smooth. Tonnato romaine salad. 3*. Pretty good, but romaine lettuce is not so exciting, and the tuna was not prominent. Beef short rib marrow. 5*. Delicious, and striking presentation. Thai fish curry. 3*. Very nicely grilled hamachi, but the curry sauce was tasteless except a bit of sweet flavor. Inasal chicken wrap. 2*. Filled mostly with rice, and overpowered by vinegar, so the other ingredients were barely taste-able. Lemon pasta w anchovies & caviar. 2*. Too much lemon, and the anchovy flavor was barely detectable. Drinks: 5*. Spiced wine and Manila Buck cocktail were both excellent. Sticky toffee pudding 3*. Tasty but not outstanding.
All these ratings are in consideration of the pricing. At more than P6,000 on lunch for 2, we expected extraordinary food. We were told that the proprietors no longer stay there, and considering the previous glowing reviews, it seems possible that the food quality has...
