The Unknown Cafe, Bar and Restaurant — Restaurant in Silang

We searched for the Best Restaurant in Tagaytay and Cafe in Tagaytay and we were captured by the feedbacks of The Unknown so we decided to have our early dinner there.

Umorder kami ng Crispy Pork Belly Platter, Creamy Baked Salmon and Tofu Sisig nila together with Nasi Goreng Rice and Plain Rice. And boy do they not disappoint, the servings are huge, hindi tinipid! hahah!

Super balanced the taste of everything, like the pork belly compliments well with the Nasi Goreng. We loved the place as it takes you to a different dimension (naks dimension lol), tagaytay pero beach vibes!

The smoothie i ordered were sooo good, its not too sweet too! Worth every penny! We’ll definitely go back to try out the rest.

A great get-together place. The owner definitely ensures that its guests will have an enjoyable experience whether they stay indoor or outdoor. They maximized the limited space and location they have but made sure that every nook of the place is IG-worthy. Food was good especially the beef rendang and the nasi goreng and their draft beers are a must-try! Price is a bit on a high side for the area so I hope they will compensate for bigger servings and consistent food quality.

The place is a great find. The food is great and reasonably priced for 3 or more group of people. They keep the menu satisfyingly simple and you will definitely find something to try according to your taste buds like Vietnamese like spring rolls, tofu sisig, smoked beef brisket and nasi goreng rice. Also, I'm not a huge fan of beer but I enjoyed the cider crafted beer which has a fruity taste and there is a selection of beers that should suit beer lovers who like'em a bit bitter.
