I needed to sign in ti my google account just to make this review. I’ve eaten in hundreds of places in different continents of the world. I am a ramen fan. I love it, it’s my comfort food. This place butchered the art of it. I am sure they used instant noodles, both noodles and the packet flavoring and just add toppings and maybe some garlic. Their pork topping has the most fat in all the hundreds of ramen I’ve had in my life. I knew it was not gonna be good when I saw the egg. It was hard boiled and not runny! For pete’s sake, a ramen’s egg topping is supposed to be runny. 😩 The price is relatively cheap but standard with the city, however I assumed it was so since they haven’t invested much in the interior of the place. Though the opening schedule would seem odd, it does great justice by serving high quality and authentic japanese food, well pieced together into a great atmosphere by a very ambient atmosphere and interior design. But should there still be doubts for it's Japanese authenticity, among the staff is a japanese themself that has an influence on their management, as far as I know.
