Pancake House — Restaurant in Tagaytay

The speed of service is terrible. It took 1hr and 20mins for a couple of pancakes and waffles. Once served we had to go to the service area to get the basics such as utensils and napkins. We ordered coffee before our order came and we were already finished and still no coffee. We never got an apology for the late service. Roy, our waiter, completely forgot about our table, and it turned out to be the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Since the restaurant automatically charges a service fee, it feels like the staff has no incentive to actually care about the quality of service. I love the food!!! They have healthy combo meals. I like their Creamy Chicken Carbo and most is their cucumber lemonade!
