We’ve been coming here since their soft opening, and their coffee never disappoints. I usually don’t go for iced drinks, but that changed with their salt cream latte, my new favorite. Most iced drinks tend to lose their flavor as the ice melts, but not theirs, which just shows how rich and well-made their drinks are.

They’ve got three AC units, so it’s always nice and cool. The interior has a minimalist vibe, which I really like. The crowd here is mostly younger and tends to talk loudly (which I don’t mind), but it might make working here a bit tricky.

As for the food, I highly recommend their empanadas paired with their unique spicy sauce.

On a side note, it looks like the place is run by a group of young people who seem to be friends and genuinely enjoy what they’re doing. There are usually at least five of them (sometimes more), and they take turns taking orders, serving drinks, doing the dishes, and so on. Nothing major, it’s just kind of fascinating to watch.

P.S. The only downside is their toilet. Itcould use some...

There's a lot to say when it comes to third wave coffee bars, and I have to Say, Bark has one of the best cups of latte ever made in the Province.

Service wise, its already unbeatable, with the owner passionately giving you interesting fun facts and trivias about coffee. (Though he'll generally leave you alone if you prefer alone time. Youre there to relax after all) With a wide variety of custom-made beans, each cup is made with painstakingly calibrated grinds of fresh coffee beans with different varieties of specialty coffee, the most favourite being the Good Cup Coffee beans, a bag of roasted beans that boasts a hint of chocolate.

Pair your latte with oat milk (they only charge 30php extra for this option!) To fully immerse yourself with the essence of coffee. If you didn't know what a Coffee's soul tasted like, you'll definitely find...

Went to Bohol for just a day. Rented a self-drive car and before I went back to Cebu, we searched for a cafe near the Tagbilaran Port. When we arrived, BARK was still closed and the other guy said they will be open at 3:00PM but we reached the place at 2:40 so we decided to wait but the owner welcomed us even if he was still preparing to open. My partner tried their Strawberry-Matcha while I ordered their best seller Iced Spanish Latte and I purposely left a review so everyone will know that I just tasted the BEST Iced Spanish Latte!! I've been trying some Iced Spanish Latte here in Cebu and I honestly haven't tried like BARK's recipe - the food was also great! Overall, the experience and their menu is SUPERB! I highly suggest you add Bark to your Bohol experience and try their Iced Spanish Latte - will definitely...
