RedDoorz @ VP Inting Street — Hotel in Bohol

This hotel was very disappointing. We stayed here during December 2022.

When we first got to our room, we were disgusted at how filthy the room & bathroom was. Our sheets were dirty & used. The floor had dust & dirt everywhere. The bathroom was absolutely filthy. The sink clogged within the first 5 seconds of using it. The shower drain was covered in hair and was extremely slow. The cup & plate were dirty & clearly used. Oh, and the wifi was not working.

I will never stay at this hotel again, and I will never recommend it to anyone. I understand that it's a budget hotel, but all of the budget hotels that I've stayed at have never been this awful.

Deceptive and will not communicate. Was contacted personally to inquire availability, claimed to be open for accommodation during the COVID-19 crisis. Booked via Agoda and paid via card, apparently they have been closed for weeks and provide no services at all during this time.

Brought up my concern to the establishment and contacted the owner via messenger, only to be seen with no reply. Sent my complaint to Agoda since no refund will be issued.

Rooms could use a proper cleaning, this place has a lot of potential but i felt disapppointed, you do get what you paid for but for the price i think you deserve atleast a clean room.
