ChowKing Tagum Highway — Restaurant in Tagum

1 Star, They took over 1 hour and 30m to complete my 2 plate order. Some background, at 7:00pm I make my order, 1 Asado siopao, 1 L1, 1 Imperial Porkchop with egg fried rice. They just gave me the beeper and siopao and told me to wait for the beep. 1H of waiting later and apparently, they never placed the order for the back of the house to see. After knowing this, took another 30m to complete the order at 8:30pm~ Wouldn't let me see the manager or give any compensation for the wait time I had to endure, and nobody noticed the mistake or inform us, terrible service. Horrible experience, never visit this establishment. Bonus: You call this egg fried rice? I call this oily rice with tiny...

Went in at 1am ordered food. When food arrived, there is no spoon and fork, asked for utensils. 5 minutes later, still no utensils. Asked staff why I wasn't given any utensils and was told that I was directed to the place where you get utensils.

Why not just give me a pair? Why do I need to get them for myself? BAWAL ba ang mag service sa costumer? When you are asked for utensils, customers aren't asking you to direct them to it, they are asking you to get it for them. It was 1am, YOU ARE NOT BUSY!!! Ang customer ninyo sa mga oras na yan ay mga pagod sa overtime na trabaho, hindi nila "shift" ang mga oras na yan.

IS IT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR...
