This was my hang out when I lived here for 7 years previously. I believe my expectations are in line with most customers who were born here. The place looks great, expanded and pleasant. Music is still a little loud for talking past the noise of a semi full house. I was greeted, brought water, and didn't see a server for. 20 minutes until I let one know I was switching tables because of the 2 cockroaches that came out between to he table boards. I had to get up again and ask someone to take my order. There were 3 occupied tables at the time out of 20 or so. The waitress got my order wrong, but fixed it.. No big deal to tungod estoria ko Gamay lang sa Visaya. But She didn't bring me any fork or spoon. The 7 whole nacho chips were laid on top and the rest of the nachos were Gagmay, all broken in little pieces. The cheese spread was cold. I don't think the people are tamad, but the front of the house is very poorly managed and the staff only understand Filipino food. The place was 75%full at lunch time, but they wont turn the tables. i am going to finish eating my tiny nacho pieces with store bought cheese sauce and salsa from a jar now. With the spoon I had to ask for 3 times....ngek!

In short: A nice looking place with inconsistent service and very disappointing food. Last time: ordered, then waited an hour only to find out our selection was unavailable. This time: Honey lemon chicken appears to be chicken pieces, coated and deep-fried, but ours arrived room temperature and dry as chalk. Inedible. The tangy sweet sauce was tasty but could not redeem the wretched chicken. I assume that they cooked it all in the morning and let it sit all day long (as it dries and dries and dries...). The "fruit overload" crepe was just an crepe filled with whipped cream and a little fruit overlaid on top. No fruit inside. Very disappointing. Server had to be asked more than once to follow up on the mango shake ordered. After what looked like a heated discussion between the server and someone behind the bar a rather tasteless shake arrived. Disappointing. Mango shakes from here should be exploding with that famous sweet Philippine mango. This one was not. Ones on the street taste better at half the price. The place is nice and our server tried (sort of), but the 2.5 stars I was thinking about got rounded down to two. Save your money. I can't recommend this restaurant.

Had a quick breakfast with my mom in-law. The place is spacious, can accommodate a big group of 150-200 heads. Acoustics is just so-so. Food is so-so. Facilities are upper so-so because they have both cushioned and plain seats of both metallic and wooden materials. Long tables for big groups and round coffee tables for couple and small groups but the down side is the color combination. It does look like a topsy-turvy however neat and clean they arrange them. It would probably be looking better in the evening than during the daytime. See for yourself but I’m giving this a 3-star review.

To be frank, the food was good but the service was terrible. Staff were disorganized, slow, and unaccommodating. When we arrived, there were no available tables, and instead of informing us properly or asking us to wait, they hardly approached us. One large table that could’ve seated a whole family was left unused because they dumped dirty plates on it. So we waited for a while before a table became available, and even then, it wasn’t cleaned right away. No one came to take our order promptly either. There was even a time when we waited so long for someone to take our order that an actual earthquake hit before our food did. I’ve also noticed even during non-peak hours, their service is still slow and customers aren’t attended to right away. I can’t help but compare it to other restaurants that actually know how to treat their customers well. What’s worse, they prioritize those with reservations over walk-in customers even when the walk-ins arrived earlier. I don’t understand why they operate this way when all customers deserve equal treatment. I hope they seriously reflect on this and realize their service needs improvement. Fairness should be a standard — reserved or not, everyone is there to eat and deserves respect. What’s the point of having decent food and reasonable prices if you’re left starving while waiting endlessly to be served? If you’re going for the food, fine. But don’t expect decent service. They seem to be running low on both staff and basic...
