SAN MIGUEL, TARLAC CITY BRANCH 21-02-24 Those two in the receiving/reception/cashier area are very rude. We ordered 2 boxes of 1/2 order of kakanin when we politely told the girl packing the order that I think she misunderstood the order because she was only packing in a 1/4 box she suddenly went ballistic. You can tell from their actions that they suddenly went rough while slicing and packing the food aside from the side comments they had. I tried to stay calm and composed pero nung inabot niyang padabog yung orders after payment is what pissed me off. Please teach your staff to handle their temper, respect the customers and the food that they handle. Last time, I only ordered 2 small orders of kakanin and I had the impression from them that they weren’t happy that I purchased only a few things. They should not be interacting with customers if they can’t handle pressure. You lost a regular customer today...

Dine in with friends and we order the same food hehe, didn't able to take photo of the place. However, the ambiance is nice but a little bit hot at that time. Lots of customers during lunchtime. Aside from the kakanin, they serve miryenda(pansit etch) and meal for bfast lunch and dinner with affordable price. The ribs i ordered were so tender suit my taste buds heheh and complimented with the salad i really like it, fresh salad, which i believe mango puree dressing. Servers are attentive as well.
