Gerry's Grill - SM City Tarlac — Restaurant in Tarlac City

The service people were nice, but their atttentiveness was very poor. We asked for just some chips while we're waiting for our dinner since we were told the food would be 30 minutes. They brought over a small little chips, and then after our food was served which is only about 15 minutes which was fine, they brought over a big plate of chips with different dips. I said we didn't order that, they said the first chips were free. Well that's all we wanted. I didn't send them back but communication is a problem. Even though they spoke English. We just wanted something to snack on before we ate while we're waiting the half hour for the food. And then those didn't come till after the food was served. We had to wait to get our check, had to multiple times try to flag people down to get any kind of service. My wife and I had a fantastic dining experience at Gerry’s Grill in SM Tarlac! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with friendly smiles and great service. The staff were attentive, polite, and made sure we were comfortable the whole time.

The food? Absolutely delicious! Every dish we ordered was full of flavor and served fresh. From the sizzling sisig to the grilled seafood, everything was cooked just right. You can really taste the quality and effort in every bite.

A special shout-out to their mango shake—my wife loved it so much! She said it was super refreshing, not too sweet, and perfect to beat the Tarlac heat. It definitely completed the meal.

There’s multiple things I’d like to compliment on this branch specifically. First off, instead of laughing or saying they “don’t understand English” like most restaurants do, they were direct, understanding and was able to get my requests in such a short while. They move fast yet efficiently, all with smiles on their faces—which I adore, by the way. Our food was ready faster than the estimated time, hot and fresh.
