Oliver's Kitchen — Restaurant in Tarlac City

We were regular customers of Nay’s House which is now Oliver’s Kitchen when we lived in the Philippines. During our recent vacation, we decided to visit the place. It definitely did not carry on the Nay’s House quality standard. We were disappointed with the taste of food, which in generally was all sweet and similar in flavor. The place is filthy and we had to clean our own table from the smears .The owner, Oliver lacks customer service skills as he was just seated at the table next to us, busy with his phone and did not even bother to smile at the guests.
