I love KFC food, but this is the first time I ate in this branch. We just came from work and decided to eat at this branch(KFC taytay ata). (from antipolo kami going to alabang) My grandma and papa ordered spicy chicken with rice and mushroom soup, while I ordered Zinger Snacker meal. The crew prepared everything except for the zinger jr(baka hnd pa luto), she gave me a number and she got my receipt and told me that they'll just serve it to our table. But I was sooooo disappointed that my grandma and papa already finish their food and still my zinger jr is still not serve. I was thinking to eat it on the way home and so I went to the front where they serve food, and saktoo manager ung nasa serving area. I asked her to follow up my order and I told her to prepare it for take out because I waited for almost 30minutes and still didnt get my order. I also brought my drink na hindi ko pa nainum, and the fries as well (nabawasan ko na ng mga ilang piraso) pra ibalot na lang for take out. I saw and heard the manager scolded the crew and said "hindi tama yun ahh". (Not the exact word)
For me what happened was totally fine, kc sobrang daming tao baka nalimutan lang talaga nya. Mybad kc d ako nagfollow up ng mas maaga, umasa kc ako sa sinabe nyang iseserve na lang daw. Ung feeling nun is Prang nung umasa ka sa sinabe nung x mo na hnd ka nya ipagpapalit pero pinagpalit ka pa din. Sakit bes db? Hahaha😅😂 I dont want that to happen again for the other customer na din syempre.

Read moreI don’t dine here regularly but I’ve eaten at this branch a few times. The food quality is okay and consistent with other KFC branches, but the customer service has been consistently below average.
On my last visit, I used the self-service kiosk to place and pay for my order (cash payment at the counter). Unfortunately, the POS shut down and the cashier couldn’t retrieve my order from the system. The cashier repeatedly called for the manager’s help, but the manager took a while to respond and eventually came over only to say that the plug had been pulled out.
While waiting, the man behind me (a senior citizen) became frustrated and voiced his complaint. When the system came back online, the cashier was still unable to retrieve my order. The senior was served immediately while I was left at the counter, still waiting to pay for my food.
The situation was handled very poorly. It didn’t seem like a staffing issue, there appeared to be enough employees, but rather a problem of inefficiency and lack of urgency. This branch really needs to improve their customer service and responsiveness to avoid similar frustrating...
Read moreI'd like to address my disappointment towards the cashier crew who serves us around 10pm of Saturday Nov. 23, 2024. Her name is "Dara". She was so rude in response to my question if she gave me my receipt with my order number so that i can pick up the correct food that i have ordered. But instead of answering meback nicely and at least give her effort to look for the receipt. She insistedly responded to me rudely and ighty that i would look like lying in the middle of that nice question while two more customer's was there standing to order. Instead of heling me out to find my receipt, she sarcastically kept on saying that she gave me with a rude tone. I ask for the manager and the manager was very nice to address my concern.
