Chowking Buntun Tuguegarao — Restaurant in Tuguegarao

Worst chowking branch I've been to. Pagdating namin doon nakaharang yung mga welding work equipment sa side entrance, safety hazard.

2nd visit namin dito sa chowking Buntun. First time was 2023. Nakaupo kami malapit sa claim counter. Tuwing mag blow yung aircon yung smell ng CR nagw waft sa table namin.

This time, blessing in disguise! Hindi ka talaga makakaupo malapit sa CR. Kasi under construction yung sahig. Actually hindi lang near sa CR sira yung tiles and blocked yung access, pero yung floor din near the utensils, sira yung floor at tinakpan lang nila ng cardboard and 'wet floor' signs. Bakit hindi nila gawin ang works outside of restaurant hours? So their customers don't have to be subjected to an unpleasant and maybe even a hazardous dining experience.

Ang grim sa loob. Parang ayaw nila lagyan ng ilaw. Nagtitipid ba? Hindi naman brownout para iisang ceiling fan lang ang gumagana at napaka dilim ng ilaw sa loob.

Food is OK. Very oily ang Chao fan pero nandun sa oil siguro ang flavor. Yung king breakfast masarap talaga. Halo halo is top notch. Staff was also helpful and professional. Kaso... May bayad pag nag takeout? 5 pesos? I've never heard of that, if anything what makes more sense is you're charged more for dining in, not for taking out. Hindi ko alam if common practice na ito for chowking pero other fast food restos don't do this.

Gustuhin ko man pong bumalik para magcomplain eh gabi na ho at isa pa pagod din sa trabaho yung tao! Knowing na wala naman na pong ibang customer na iba dun liban samin?
