Flour Dust Cafe — Restaurant in Tuguegarao

The design and ambiance of their al fresco side was well-thought of. But the service? The moment we came in their service crew were both asleep and the dude in the counter was even lying down. Nobody approached us, we had to come near the cashier to ask where to seat and order.

when we ordered food and asked what’s the best seller, the waitress plainly said “yung naka star” and couldn’t ask our preference or whatever but it’s alright since she literally was asleep when we came in.

The food was expensive for its’ quality. The taste is basic, nothing special and portion was quite small for its’ price. I don’t mind spending over ₱250 as long as the food is good.

Hopefully they improve on this one especially the service. Otherwise, both me and my company don’t recommend dining here if you’re after good food...

Great food. I've yet to try something I didn't like. Even the drinks, they've all been really nice. A tad bit expensive but I guess you get what you pay for. Nice quiet spot. Clean toilet!

I'd love to see a true ny style cheesecake here. Hope they try serving it at some point.

I'd recommend the eggs benedict, longganisa pasta, adobo flakes, the full breakfast, fish and chips! The chips /fries are really good. And for drinks, their own style coffee is nice. I was also impressed that their matcha drink tasted like matcha, not diluted or tasteless like...

This cafe is a must. Not only does it serve good coffee, it also serves great snacks. Unlike other cafes, it also focuses on their food to keep the balance. At the time we were there months ago, the sunset was also beautiful at the second floor. I would recommend this cafe. It may be pricey, but it's...
