The food is good, they're our favorite. But the service is needed to be improved. We visited Valencia Chowking branch and ordered food so that we can eat right away, the cashier lady told us we needed to wait 30 minutes(they even told us that that 30mins is the maximum waiting time to get the food). So, we agreed on that. Not until we waited for almost 1 and a half hour just to get our food, we waited patiently because they even gave us that sound thing to get our food but that was useless. After a long time of waiting, we then approached the crew at the counter to check on our food if it's already there or there's confusion going on, but this is the most sad thing we experienced as customers, the crew member not even saying sorry for that delay and directly shouts at the people in the kitchen saying the number of our table order.
We all do experience that kind of pressure in life, work, etc. but that doesn't mean we forfeit Humility in every kind of way.
