Jollibee — Restaurant in Valencia

Rude staff, very snobby. They seemed annoyed when taking my order, I mean I'm not asking for a smile just a neutral face that's not mad would be fine. All I asked for was extra tissues and they practically ignored me. The place is a bit dirty too, some of the tiles on the floor are already falling out + I had to wipe the table myself with my wet wipes cause there were a bit of crumbs left. I don't understand why this place is a mess it wasn't even that busy? The food was great though as usual, no coke or Pepsi though just pineapple or ice tea. They also don't accept card or qr payments.

I was very disappointed with service of jolibee Valencia drive thru beside plaza, I ordered value meal A spicy sprinkled chicken came to us not spicy, I ordered hot choco as suggested by the manager that time- order did not came, I ordered jumbo fries- came to us on its usual packaging but with plastic bag lower portion it was just like a medium fries - I asked the manager to check she said to the crew immediately who prepared this, but she already is filling my paper bag of fries. I was a bit expecting to have services run smoothly, but the cashier doesn't seem to have time management. It's a hastle to wait long to get ur order done and to wait. I think they are also understaffed, also a personal experience i had was when i ordered pancakes 6am in the morning and my pancake looks unappetising also its properly cooked bit its not pleasing for the eyes, the taste was also not it, i gave it a 7/10. But i hope this will not happen again. it could be that a few of they're staff only knows how to...
