NEVA’S PIZZA - Valencia Branch — Restaurant in Valencia

If you're looking for quality food — pizza and meals, then this is the best place to go. Very peaceful place. By far, this is one of the best wood oven-baked pizza I've tasted around the area.

We had rice meals too! And they're very sumptuous! We love the pork melanese, their grilled pork belly tastes great and the beef pho, tasted like authentic vietnamese pho.

Pizza's amazing! We had their Neva's House Style Pizza, I wish the crust was a bit burnt and they had an option of a tomato sauce. But it was great even with the hot sauce.

Their staff? Were so honest that she even returned the little extra we paid as 'tip'. They were grateful to receive little tips and they'd happily serve you.

Our food was served in around 5-10 minutes. It was quite fast! I was surprised.

It was an old ancestral house, they were trying to go for a bit of an old style vibe which I personally don't feel like. But if you're up for it, go. I wished the place was a bit improved since the price were almost at par with commercial area businesses around the city.

Upon arriving, I asked for assistance from the reception/receiving area but was immediately turned down by the two ladies on duty without even knowing what my concern was. Thankfully, one of the male staff stepped in and helped me move a motorcycle so I could park my car properly.

The food, as always, was great — Neva’s has never disappointed when it comes to taste and quality. However, the service fell short this time. It was difficult to get the attention of the waiters when I wanted my leftovers packed for takeout. I eventually had to google their cellphone number and call the reception just to make the request, since I couldn’t leave the table unattended with cats lingering nearby.

I’ve always recommended Neva’s to family, friends, and tourists, and I still believe their food is consistently delicious and worth trying. But I hope management can improve the attentiveness and service of their staff, because excellent food deserves equally excellent...
