I would like to share my recent experience at your store, which was quite disappointing. I ordered a meal with unlimited rice, but despite repeatedly asking your crew for extra rice, they kept saying "yes" without actually serving it. In the end, I didn’t even get the extra rice I asked for, which made me feel like I wasted my money on ordering the unlimited option.

I wouldn’t mind if this happened just once, but this was already my second visit where the same poor service occurred. It seems like this is becoming a habit at this branch.

Just close down your branch already since you're not taking any action. Don’t feel sorry for your crew losing their jobs — they’re lazy and...

This branch never had an available PM1 (thigh/leg part) we tried week days since the manager said it's only available during these days, sadly, still no. Even on weekends, meaning THEY ALWAYS HAS NO PM1.

Additionally, their service really suuuuuckks. Everytime we order a grab or even walk in to take out, they always don't include the add ons. Really, if there is a 0/5 rate?...
