Waited for my order for 50 minutes despite it was late at night. There were only few customers at that time but why did my order took so long to get served? Mind you, I had to go to the counter 3 TIMES TO FOLLOW UP FOR MY ORDER and most of the staff were pointing fingers saying they forgot about it. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE IN A JOLLIBEE CHAIN. Chicken was relatively dry, SERVICE CREW DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO APOLOGIZE.
