Waited for my order for 50 minutes despite it was late at night. There were only few customers at that time but why did my order took so long to get served? Mind you, I had to go to the counter 3 TIMES TO FOLLOW UP FOR MY ORDER and most of the staff were pointing fingers saying they forgot about it. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE IN A JOLLIBEE CHAIN. Chicken was relatively dry, SERVICE CREW DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO APOLOGIZE. I hope these service crews would undergo an extensive training on CUSTOMER SERVICE because their attitude towards customers is detiorating. I highly discourage everyone going to this useless branch. They also don't accept any other forms of payment except cash. Hello? t's already 2024 and you're one of the biggest chains in the country.
