Rock Down — Restaurant in Świnoujście

Unfortunately, it was the worst food and experience that we had during our entire holiday in Poland.

I don't know if it's because we were tourists (still, we immediately apologised in Polish for not speaking Polish, as we did everywhere for the entire holiday), but the lady acted like she couldn't care less about us being there.

No smiles, no customer service, no apologies after we stood at the till for ages waiting to be noticed.

The food was so bad that we walked out without finishing it. It was my first time doing this in my entire life.

Of course, nobody noticed because there was no service, and the lady hadn't come to check if the food was fine, even before we decided to leave.

We were so disappointed, given the glorious reviews. So, I'm not sure if it's only good for desserts and sweet stuff or if we just got super...

I ordered an payed for a dippio, but got an espresso instead. Obviosly, it was newbie's mistake who did not have a bit of courage to admit that ( the coffee itself was pretty good). A more experienced lady behind the bar denied the mistake when I pointed it out firstly but then suggested one more espresso afterwards, I rejected that. In addition to that, I ordered a scoop of ice cream and felt even more disapointed when I saw how tiny it was, it should have been bigger than usual as a sorry bonus according to the lady. The ice cream was yummy. Looks like the staff is a realy weak...

It was nice. Food delicious. Service not too good.... I ordered two dishes and hot water (to drink).... Without lemon. The charged me 11 pln for the water. I am not amused.... They didn't not warn me in advance. Not fair. They tried to convince me that they opened a bottle of mineral water ... But there were rests of coffee in...
