I've been to Kobe Restaurant many times, and overall, it's a good place to visit. The highlight for me is definitely the service – it's incredibly friendly and consistent. The staff always go above and beyond, so for that, I’d give them a solid 5/5.
The food is decent, with a variety of options that are well-prepared and flavorful. While not exceptional, it’s reliable and enjoyable enough to warrant a 4/5 for the food.
The design, however, is a bit of a mixed bag. The decorations include a waterfall, a jungle-like vibe, and a wall graphic of what looks like Italian fields. To be honest, I’m not sure what Italian fields have to do with a Kobe-themed restaurant, and the combination feels a little disjointed. The music doesn’t seem to fit with the decor either, adding to the confusion. I’d rate the design 3/5 for its quirky yet mismatched charm.
In summary, Kobe Restaurant is worth visiting, especially for the excellent service. If you can overlook the unusual decor and mismatched music, you’ll likely have a...
Read moreI visited Kobe Grill House a couple of days ago and was satisfied with the pizza, so we returned to try the burgers. Unfortunately, we were disappointed and didn’t finish our meals. I had the cheeseburger with thin fries, and my mum had the vege burger with sweet potato fries. The fries were edible but not very tasty, and the burgers didn’t meet our expectations. My burger’s meat was thin and had a strange taste and texture, while the vege burger was very intense with a lot of sun-dried tomatoes—both were edible but not what I’d consider a good burger. Others may enjoy but it wasn’t quite what I was hoping for, and I’ve had better burgers.
The atmosphere was nice, especially near the water feature, and the staff were okay, though our waitress seemed a bit off. The homemade lemonade was delicious. Overall, the food wasn’t enjoyable for us, so we probably wouldn’t return for a meal, maybe just...
Read moreThe soup was very good. My partner had a fried cheese and he also liked it. My burger unfortunately was not good at all. I had a blue raspberry and there was almost no blue cheese and there was too much of the raspberry chutney. I like this burger combination and had it many times in other restaurants but this was unfinishable. I ate half of the burger because of hoping to get to any blue cheese but there was just raspberries. So many of them I have burnt my upper palate in my mouth from the amount of sweetness and sourness of the raspberries. If I wanted to eat only raspberries, I would order an ice cream or a raspberry lemonade. I was very disappointed by the burger and also staff approach to my concerns. Two ladies came to me and only replied with “please a moment” but nothing else. Even when we payed, there was no apology. That does not seem like a good...
