I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic Mexican restaurant, and I am beyond impressed! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with authentic decor and vibrant colors that immediately put you in a good mood.

The menu offers a wide variety of traditional Mexican dishes, all prepared with great attention to detail. I tried the enchiladas and the guacamole dip, and both were simply outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they use only the best ingredients here.

I want to give special recognition to the staff member Marcin. He was not only extremely professional and friendly, but he also made our evening unforgettable with his positive energy and excellent service. Marcin took the time to explain the dishes in detail and even gave us some personal recommendations that matched our tastes perfectly. Employees like him make all the difference and ensure that you want to come back.

Overall, this is a great restaurant with top-notch food and service that leaves nothing to be desired. I can’t recommend it enough and am already looking forward to my next visit!

We went to eat at their restaurant today. The food was great and there was nothing to complain about. But the staff there, especially a petite woman with black hair and a blond man with a sparse build, were quite arrogant and unprofessional. I ordered food and only got part of what I ordered. When I left the wrong food, I was reproached and argued with that I had ordered this food. When we had finished eating and were waiting for the rest of our order, the blonde waiter came to the table and asked what we were waiting for. Obsługa: Kelnerzy pracują szybko i sprawnie, ale miejscami zachowują się nieco z góry wobec klienta. Ogólnie nie jest to nic złego, ale zawsze milsza obsługa pozostawia lepsze wrażenie o restauracji.

Jedzenie: Pierwsza uwaga – używacie tortilla de trigo do taco. Oczywiście istnieją takie wariacje, ale skoro pozycjonujecie się jako kuchnia meksykańska, powinniście używać tortilla de maíz. Tortilla de trigo stosuje się do fajitas, quesadilli i burrito – tutaj wszystko się zgadza, ale w taco to błąd.

Fajita – podanie dania rzeczywiście, 5/5. Ale smak to tragedia. Jeśli chodzi o kurczaka – trudno jest zepsuć mięso z kurczaka i tutaj problemu nie ma. Ogólnie fajita podana tradycyjnie, natomiast są problemy smakowe – warzywa są przepieprzone. Pytanie do salsy – podajecie klasyczną wariację salsa roja, jednak zupełnie bez smaku.

Jalapeño z serkiem śmietankowym w panko – to błąd gastronomiczny. Ser całkowicie tłumi naturalny smak i ostrość papryki, a panierka czyni danie ciężkim i banalnym. Zamiast świeżości i kontrastu otrzymujemy podwójny tłuszcz i brak balansu. To nie jest rozwój kuchni meksykańskiej, lecz prymitywna przekąska Tex-Mex, która dewaluuje produkt.

Podsumowanie: Macie potencjał – poprawcie to. Popracujcie nad smakiem, dodajcie trochę nowych kontrastów, odejdźcie miejscami od klasycznych receptur, wprowadźcie własny akcent i charakter do potraw. Pozwólcie kucharzom uwolnić emocje, dodać swojego stylu, wyrazić tę kuchnię w nowoczesnych smakach – to was zmieni i zmieni na lepsze. Absolutnie niczego wam nie brakuje, ale nie stójcie w miejscu. Idźcie naprzód i rozwijajcie się, nie zatrzymujcie się na poziomie sprzed 10 lat. Zróbcie krok do przodu.
