Toady (19/11/2022) , i bought two medium sized Pizaas and i told him that i don't any product of meat inside and the boy (Niki) was agreed that he will not put any product of Meat and then i added extra onions and other vegetables but he put pepperoni by mistakes , Then i told him to give me refund because i can't eat pizza with pepperoni and i had already told him that don't put anything meat products , Then Finally i cannot eat this Pizza with pepperoni and he did not give me refund, he was so much rude even he did a mistake , Then i Put both Pizzas on the counter and told him that you can keep these Pizzas , I really had a bad experience and i really don't recommed this Pizza Sop and staff is nonserious, rude and have no customer care. I will also report it to food authority in Krakow, Poland. Here is my details of transactions and Pizzas Pictures. I still want my money back.

Polish Version: Dzisiaj (19.11.2022) kupiłem dwie średniej wielkości pizze i powiedziałem mu, że nie mam w środku żadnego produktu mięsnego, a chłopak (Niki) zgodził się, że nie będzie wkładał żadnego produktu mięsnego, a potem dodałem dodatkowa cebula i inne warzywa, ale przez pomyłkę włożył pepperoni, potem powiedziałem mu, żeby dał mi zwrot pieniędzy, ponieważ nie mogę jeść pizzy z pepperoni i już mu powiedziałem, żeby nie kładł żadnych produktów mięsnych, w końcu nie mogę jeść ta pizza z pepperoni i nie dał mi zwrotu pieniędzy, był tak niegrzeczny, że nawet popełnił błąd, potem położyłem obie pizze na blacie i powiedziałem mu, że możesz zatrzymać te pizze, naprawdę miałem złe doświadczenia i ja naprawdę nie polecam tej pizzy Sop, a personel jest niepoważny, niegrzeczny i nie ma obsługi klienta. I live 1 km from the place and regularly it takes an hour or longer to get my order to my house. I’ve been ordering for a few years nothing got better I think I will be buying from Hollyfood now. Due to them having better quality pizzas for the same price and the delivery people are actually nice while with this dominos it’s terrible service half the time they forget your sauces or drinkks. I heavily do not reccomend this...
