Positive things: location close to public transport near to local market supermarkets are also nearby parking for free and a very big parking lot is available quiet location daily room service including Sunday towels have no smell from the washing two toilets in the room
Negative things: no light was on in the parking area at night, very dark The room has no windows which can be completely opened. Very bad area circulation in the room The central air conditioning is loud The ventilator in the bath is also very loud very strong cleaning liquid smell in the corridor and in the room and elevator. Really very strong. I had a headache. carpet in our room was old and not clean water does not flow in one of the two sinks in our room The bed was equipped with a simple mattress and covered with only one very thin cloth as a duvet cover. It is uncomfortable for me. the foldable sofa bed is even worse and very soft and makes noise if you turn. The sleeping surface is not even and is not comfortable for me the staff at the reception do not greet Hotel guests actively and only hide them behind the monitors. If you talk to them, some of them have not shown a polite and friendly face. The lady at the breakfast entrance on the 25 Aug was also very unkind and had only a "frozen" face to me The water kettle in the room is very small and gives an impression of a low cost product and does not look like some device to be used in a five star hotel. there is no enough hooks for hanging towels in the bath room. room is quite moisture and the covers are also not dries well. We noticed that already in the first night during sleeping security back doors. The guests need to use room cards to get the elevator enabled. But some steps to the other conference entrance, a smaller elevator can be used without any card to any of the floors. satellite signal is not good. Some of the international channels have a bad reception. Polish tv channels are fine
I would not recommend this hotel and will look for another...
Read moreMy granddaughter booked a break to Krakow through Love Holidays as a gift for my 70th birthday and this hotel is where we stayed. Having read the reviews, we were very much looking forward to our visit. But regrettably we were left with a feeling of disappointment.||Positives: large room with comfortable beds and pillows. Mini fridge, safe and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast very good in an immaculately clean restaurant.||Negatives: ||The walk from the tram stop to the hotel at night feels rather unsafe as area rather dingy.||Room very dark and no view from very high window.||Grape from previous occupants found in bathroom sink.||Bugs in the bathroom.||Horrible plastic shower curtain.||Housekeeping left bath towels but no hand towels and never removed used crockery.||Room was located on the 1st floor near the sauna with access through the Conference area. Large conferences every day of our stay, including Saturday and Sunday with large groups standing around eating and drinking. We had to walk through this area which was not appropriate. There was also a problem with noise.||One evening we had no lights in our room. It took ages for someone to actually figure out the issue.||Toilet which did not flush properly.||Housekeeping kept pulling out TV plug which was located under a table. Room was an accessible one and had I been on my own could not have managed to plug it back in again to watch TV.||Unwelcoming staff who seemed unhappy in their work. ||Bar which closed at 10am. Very unfriendly girl working there who seemed reluctant to serve us.||No information about the hotel provided at all.||This hotel prioritises its conference guests over tourists. I would not recommend it to anyone considering a break to Krakow. It is also very far from...
Read moreinitially seemed very clean but then the duvet cover came undone slightly and we were met with long thick black hairs which neither of us have. they changed the bedding and we ended up finding bugs in our bed, they changed our bedding again whilst we had a cigarette and 7 zloty went missing which isn’t a lot but it’s the principal and also 10 pairs of brand new men’s socks strangely enough from my open suitcase, we told reception and all they said was if they find anything they would tell us but you can’t find things that have been taken. half smoked joints were in the ashtray outside despite it being illegal, multiple men flirted with me in reception and the elevator. we saw huge silverfish on the bar. at past midnight the staff were all in the corridor of our floor with about 5 dirty stained toppers they had taken out the rooms. the designs on the carpet in the hallways resemble urine and we had to get a new kettle because ours was filled with white jelly like scum which my boyfriend had luckily checked, when the man came to our room to sort it my partner was in the bathroom and the man walked in without asking when i had opened the door repeatedly asking where the kettle was which we’d taken to reception. the first time we’d had our bedding changed we had gone for food, we arrived back and the bathroom we hadn’t used yet smelt strongly of human compost. the majority of the time we left our room we could hear female screams and were unsure if someone needed help. a small bottle of water is 3x the amount you’d pay in zabka and when you go into reception in the early hours of the morning it resembles a party and i think they were consuming more than...
