Sao Mai — Restaurant in Lublin

Oh not nice huh? I wish whoever replied to this comment 3 years ago could see it right now, and thought that I was hired by a competition restaurant or a competition themselves. I review a lot of restaurants overseas even more than those in Lublin since I cooked for myself, usually. If you got 1-2 stars rating from me, just start reflecting on yourself and don't shift the blame, and my profile is not even restricted.

Think about it carefully I'll leave some comments about the latest dish I ordered recently.

That particular menu was 5 flavours of crispy fish, however it was extremely savory and absent of 4 flavours, in addition I never thought that I would see chopped fresh rosemary or thyme in an asian dish and all I can say is that it added some pleasant smell profile, however it's not for this dish.

Another thing to address is the lack of consistency in quality of the food. There's quite a few times that I can give you 5 stars easily but when I return to order the same dish it tastes a whole lot different.

Take this review seriously, will you? Saomai has a lot of potential and also has a prime location for students as targeted customers. You guys even change how you presenting the food but why don't you improve your quality, I just don't get it.

you would think that with a restaurant with this many 1 star reviews, they would atleast have decent customer service. sao mai got my order wrong, i called them again to let them know that it was wrong, while i was explaining myself, this guy cut me off mid sentence and said that we have the audio clip if you want to check it you can come to the restaurant. I went to the restaurant and everyone that works at sao mai said they heard me say something else, honestly if youre not sure what i ordered, why cant you repeat after me when i was ordering, and now the order is wrong, why do you have to be so rude and impolite when I as a customer is trying to file a complaint? I can provide more details but this isnt just about them taking my orders wrong, its about how they handled the situation afterwards. Worst customer service I have ever had for the past 5...

Kiedy knajpa była jeszcze w galerii Auchan jedzenie było bardzo dobre ale obecnie po zmianie adresu jedzenie bardzo sie pogorszyło. Jadłem tutaj makaron, zupy, banana w cieście, kurczaka curry i po tajsku. Jedynie kurczak po tajsku mi smakował. Po wszystkich innych daniach miałem mdłości albo po prostu mi nie smakowało. Wczoraj po kilku miesiącach przerwy przyszedłem tam na kurczaka po tajsku bo akurat miałem blisko i byłem głodny. Kurczak był dobry tylko miał małe czarne kropki na panierce których nigdy wcześniej nie widziałem. Założyłem że to pieprz i zjadłem wszystko. Może to przypadek i po prostu się od kogoś czymś zaraziłem i ale na następny dzień czułem sie okropnie. W nocy gorączka, dreszcze i ból głowy a w dzień jeszcze wymioty i biegunka. Tak jak napisałem być może moja choroba nie miała związku z jedzeniem ale mimo tego dla własnego bezpieczeństwa już nigdy tam nie przyjdę.
