Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Opole

When my partner and I went for a valentines day date we found this cafe and decided to eat there that evening. When we were ordering, we found out that there you can ask for whipped cream AND a side of ice cream next to your piece of cake! Of course, we had to try it. Vanilla ice cream we got on the side was super good, it was also extremely, how do I say it, stretchy (?) like melting cheese that stretches after you take a bite of a nice, hot pizza. I think it was one of the best ice creams I've had in a while, which is so strange because I did not expect it to be so good. I think the most meh thing was the cake, but it was hardly a fault of those girls that served it to us, we did come in the very end of the day, so surely enough it wasn't warm nor extremely soft, but I imagine it would be extremely good if we came in the morning. It tasted like lots of potential, I should try it again some other time. Coffee was alright, not the best I've ever tried, but above average, again, this place sells coffee and specializes in it, so it's something I expected. Still, was pretty good. Feels like the girls that work there could use some praise for the work they do, since they are creating this experience, perhaps, if they were praised more often, the experience would have been even better, yet still, even though tired and under-appreciated they were polite...

The coffee here is OK, but the staff isn't very friendly. Actually I speak some Polish but when I got stuck I switch to English. Very often they don't understand me. That's quite funny as I work world-wide as an IT Trainer and all my lessons are in English, so it cannot be my fault. How can young people younger than 30 years and living in the European Union not speak English? That's...

Jestem stała klientką tego miejsca. Dotychczas uwielbiałam śniadania w Costa oraz obsługę. Ale skoro 5 raz zostało mi odmówiona sprzedaż zestawu śniadaniowego z powodu rzekomego „braku” pieniędzy na wydanie reszty to już przesada zwłaszcza ,ze było dziś ledwo po 9 a niby już pieniędzy na start lokal nie ma ? . Człowiek jedzie w swoje ulubione miejsce głodny zazwyczaj zostawia tam 50-100 zł conajmniej 3 razy w tygodniu a już tyle razy napotyka pełna lodówkę naszykowanego jedzenia bez możliwości kupna.( w banku można rozmieniać pieniądze) Zawiodłam się i kolejny raz zostaje dzięki wam...
