I hasten to share my review of this place, which I visited for the first time today. At first glance, was a little surprised by the prices, I thought they would be lower :)
The pricing is above average, count on it when you visit. But let's go in order. The service in the establishment is nice. In spite of the fact that the seating was almost full, two girls flitted like birds, managing to serve new tables and pay attention to those guests who have already enjoyed their meals.
When they brought me my order (dorado and salad), I understood why it cost as much as it did. The fish was delicious! I have never had more delicious dorado in my life than here. Bravo for the chefs!
My wife ordered calamari in a spicy sauce, but the sauce was not too spicy. I can't classify this as a minus, as the issue of spiciness of the dish is very specific and everyone has their own threshold (believe me, I worked as a chef for 5 years and know a bit about the cuisine). So, the calamari didn't seem spicy enough to us, but for someone it might be just right.
Overall, we enjoyed our visit to the place. Every dish is worth its money. The wine was also excellent. The interior of the restaurant is great, there is something to consider while waiting for your order.
Also the good quality of the utensils did not escape my eye, especially the cups that are on the coffee machine ;)
Would I come back here again? Definitely yes, to try the other items on the menu. Would I recommend this place to visit? Definitely yes!
Come, eat, enjoy and be sure to try the fish (it is simply divine!). Bravo to the entire...
Read moreWe visited Marino Bistrot for a late lunch around 16:30 and were met with a truly unforgettable experience. The chef himself was outside when we arrived and gave us a warm, genuine welcome, such a personal touch that instantly set the tone.
The dishes were exceptional. I had the spaghetti alla carbonara with guanciale and black truffle, with the chef personally grating the truffle over the plate at the table, an unforgettable moment, and the flavour was simply extraordinary.
My wife enjoyed the grilled calamari with seasonal salad from the chef’s special menu, delicately cooked, perfectly tender, and full of freshness. Even the focaccia served at the start stood out, beautifully leavened and full of flavour.
For a mid-afternoon meal, the quality and atmosphere were second to none. Marino Bistrot is a rare gem where passion, technique, and hospitality come together seamlessly. We will absolutely be returning, not just for the food, but to personally thank the chef who creates these...

The food is delicious, but not only that. Livio, the head chef and owner of the restaurant, comes from Liguria, and what he creates is something you’d normally only find in that region. We were genuinely surprised to discover something like this in Poznań!
Every dish is a truly unique mix of flavours. You can clearly taste the authentic Italian sea culture in every bite. As a restaurant, it definitely brings something truly special to Italian cuisine, beyond any expectation. After all, it proudly holds two Michelin stars (2024 & 2025) - it totally deserves those.
I’m Italian myself, and I can honestly say I was left speechless by the quality and the originality of the flavours.
My sweet half and I will definitely be coming...
