Asian Town Bakalarska — Restaurant in Warsaw

Asia Town could be more accurately called Vietnamese town as most of business owners are from Vietnam, offered quite authentic immersion into asian culture. It's not just a Bazar or restaurants, barbers, hairdressers, manicure artists or tailors. It's everything, it's got that feel that for a moment you are no longer in Warsaw Poland but you actually transported to Asia. I like that feeling, for some reason feels like home, despite I'm white like a ghost born here in Warsaw. I like to come and do shopping for various products without single latin character on the label. Stop by for some great food. I don't spend hundreds of złotych for a bearded hipster barber with water bottle made from Jack Daniels whiskey bottle, my Vietnamese barber is cleanly shaven and has blue and pink hair. Nice vietnamese tailor lady alters my clothes in just minutes, and in the Bazar section you can find anything and everything. So come on over see it for yourself. They even have tattoo parlor and some restaurants...

Ciężko ocenić to miejsce, bo jest to dobudówka/rozwinięcie szeroko pojętego bazaru przy Bakalarskiej, który uwielbiam za prawdziwe niehipsterskie multi kulti i dobre niedrogie jedzenie. Asian Town samo składa się z kilku knajp, które należałoby oceniać osobno. Wszystkie one mają zresztą (poza Bułgarką z kebabem i naleśnikami) niezależne wejścia od Bakalarskiej lub Borsuczej, co jest fajne, bo daje możliwość pominięcia pomiaru temperatury i innych bzdur przy wejściu głównym. Są części wspólne, gdzie można zorganizować bankiet czy inną imprezę. Czysta, darmowa toaleta to miły znak cywilizacji ;) Świeżym powiewem jest pojawienie się prawdziwej chińskiej restauracji i to oferującej huoguo (kociołek) a nie standardowe kurczaki gongbao itp. Są też dwie zupełnie nowe restauracje wietnamskie oraz stare banh mi z Alei S. Pewnie, a nawet na pewno się będzie rozwijać to mini centrum, to się jeszcze później...

Just everything you need from home! I was so overwhelmed with happiness yet impressive how a little Vietnamese or Asian town that grown it own farm and they have literally everything that i desire for. I couldn’t even get this kind of old style and culture in my own...
