Great little place if you want to relax in the city.It offers a very nice view of the Balaton pond and outside seating during summer.

The offering is focused mainly on pastries,complimented by tee or coffee,but there are also healthy shakes or lemonade.

You can also have a beer here or some popular caronated drinks. Recently the cafe also started taking pizza orders which are delivered from a nearby pizzeria (good quality).

The place is child-friendly - there is a small space reserved for younglings.

Stopped by Balaton Café in Gocław and it was a pleasant surprise. Cozy and calm, with a relaxed vibe that makes it easy to just sit back. The staff were genuinely welcoming and the service unhurried in the best way. While waiting for someone, it’s a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. A great place for the whole family. Kids love the waffles! The food menu is a bit limited and only includes cakes and waffles, but recently they've started doing savoury waffles with ham and cheese too, and you can order a pizza from a pizzeria nearby.
