I visited the restaurant during a short stop in Warsaw. The lady who served us was very nice, on our way back from zakopane we decided to stop there again. It was very weird the server was rude this time to us but I didn't say anything, everyone is allow to have a bad day. When we paid that's when the server plainly and openly accused me of not paying her last time I was there. Of course I was very taken back by this, and pulled my phone to show her the charge of the restaurant in my credit card. The total was a little over $35 usd. She then said after I paid, I canceled the transaction, I assured her I am unable to cancel the transaction, It happens that I am a market manager for a bank in the U.S, we can't just cancel the transaction, that's not how it works. I asked her if she meant we could cancel the transaction? No response and she asked me to sign the old receipt. I still do not know what the problem was because the lady was not able to explain it. The situation was poorly handled, if it was a signature missing she should've ask, not said I canceled the transaction. FINAL RECOMMENDATION, save yourself a possible aggravation and visit another Indian restaurant, there is...

Shocking and unacceptable experience at Diya Restaurant. As a vegetarian, I specifically ordered a vegetarian dish, but the waitress served me NON-VEGETARIAN FOOD by mistake. When I pointed it out, she didn’t even apologize—just shrugged and acted like it was my problem.
Her attitude was disrespectful and dismissive throughout the meal: No remorse for the serious mistake (which could have health/religious consequences). Rolled her eyes when I asked for a replacement. Rushed us while eating, making us feel unwelcome.
Messing up an order is one thing, but refusing to apologize and treating customers poorly is inexcusable.* I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this place unless they fix their terrible...
Read moreShocking service. We ordered food and were in the middle of eating it and it hadn’t been a few minutes and they started rushing us to say that they need the table in 20 min time. Why did they give us a table if they were going to do this? Why didn’t they inform us that they had bookings? We couldn’t finish our food and paid and left as other people had started to arrive, and it seemed they just wanted us to pay and leave, rather than let us enjoy the food we paid for.
For an Indian restaurant, the waiters were extremely unhospitable, unfriendly and inconsiderate. The food also didn’t seem fresh and seemed to just have been warmed up and not even properly hot. We went there because the ratings were positive but I would not recommend this...
