Two visits in and the experience is largely positive. First off the bat things that are great but not obvious: extremely friendly service. With one takeout order the staff forgot to pack a salad - a gentleman ran out of the restaurant to hand it to us after we left. Other thing is the paper packaging, quite natural for burgers, however other dishes also seem to be packed in hard paper instead of plastic or styrofoam - healthier and eco friendly, I'd like to see that more often. The burgers are simply great, tasty buns and meat, toppings seem to be fresh, once I got poorly cooked bacon with crispy meat yet still big white fat cap. Fries are okay. Onion rings are as crispy as they can get. It's largely matter of opinion and my devastated taste buds but it seems the restaurant could use a tad bit more salt, both onion rings and their sauces seemed to be lacking in this area. Recently ordered twice from this place, 4 burgers. I will just say. Man. The burgers are great. Huge, messy, juicy, delicious and depending on the burger you order creamy too. So far one of the better burger experiences I have had. Their burgers also have variety and differ greatly in taste too. I could feel all the ingredients in my burger, and the sauces weren't overpowering. The buns are great too. Also in terms of presentation the burgers look so appetising. I have to say first that the low rating IS NOT because of the burger. It was a good burger and it has to be said. BUT. After I got the delivery what I found in the package was... Disappointing, to say the least. The mushy little pile of obliterated potatoes that i payed a lot for if you ask me, was i disgrace. I actually contacted the restaurant to check if it was a mistake. But it seems like the fries just... Wasn't to my liking and there's nothing wrong with them. Sooooo 2 stars it is and let everyone judge...
