SATO gotuje — Restaurant in Warsaw

I ordered the food from Bolt. I heard the restaurant is very good from a friend, its very close to my place but i never knew it existed (since its in the same building as a shop market and theres literally only a graffiti on the wall with a lady and a fish, the entrance is hidden) I ordered a Bento Chicken Nanban set which includes seaweed soup, chicken with a salad and a rice. The food was AMAZING! The soup was classic, soft seaweed, tasty. The chicken was delicious. Felt like i ate some luxurious type od kfc haha. But seriously, chicken super soft and juicy with a slight soye flavour, everything in the dish was delicious. Rice perfectly cooked, nigella on the top very yummy type od salad (sorry dont know what that is) I think there was also some sort of pickled little beans (also veery yum) cherry tomatoes, cucumber and lemon and on top of that just marvelous mayonnaise souce to the chicken. The price for the whole set is veery decent (37 zł) but I but its cheaper when ure not ordering. The food came very fast, nicely packed and hot. I wish I could discover this place sooner! TLDR: Waited 1 hour for completely wrong food order. No rice / no meat. Don’t recommend.

Absolutely despicable service. We arrived around 16:00 on Sunday. We were super excited to try this place out. There was a free table outside. Waiter came to the table with menus and left us about 10 minutes. After that we ordered everything. After another 20 minutes, he came with bizarre news… This japanese restaurant was now out of rice!! No problem, I ordered Teryaki Duck and replaced rice with Soba Noodles. After another 25 minutes waiter comes with Tofu and Vegetable Croquettes. Waiter did not seem interested in fixing the issue. Sato used to be my favorite Japanese restaurant, but now it's a pity to say not anymore. I visited the restaurant 3 more times before leaving this review. The service is now extremely slow, (earlier I understand due to a lot of orders in store and delivery, as well as they need time to prepare a good food) I think there are only 2 of us and another couples in the restaurant, but it took 25 mins for the meal to be ready. The soup is little warm, after few mins it's getting cold quickly. The portion now is smaller I guess, meat is much thinner and I think for now after a meal, I don't feel full anymore.
