I made an order in Uber food in this "establishment". When I chose sushi and made an order, I made a mistake and called them because after a minute I could not cancel the order, to which the administrator rudely told me that the order had begun to be prepared. I began to explain that only 3 minutes had passed and nothing could be ready yet, to which the administrator replied that it was not his problem and I would not order anything else in this establishment. After this conversation, the administrator cancelled the order, deliberately waited for some more time to pass and wrote off the entire amount from my card as if the entire order was ready. I strongly do not recommend this establishment
Since you are misleading potential customers, I have to correct the false information you wrote.
Uber would have immediately returned the money written off for the immediately cancelled order, but I had to write to Uber support and wait several days for a refund.
I called 5 minutes after a minute after placing an order in Uber food I tried to cancel it in the app, but it threw an error, after several attempts in the app I called the restaurant, so there is no need to lie about 15 minutes, since when talking to me you said about 7 minutes, which is also not true.
When you received the call, I calmly asked to cancel the order, since the app threw an error, to which you began to say that the dishes were already ready, which is again a lie, since there were 3 items in the order and 3 minutes passed when it started showing a picture that "the order began to cook." And I clearly heard your intonation with which you said that it was not your problem that I could not cancel the order in the app.
You didn't cancel the order for about 10 minutes after my call, when the next morning the payment receipt came it said that the entire order was prepared, which is a lie.
I have nothing to talk about with a person who tells me "you will not order anything from us anymore and we do not need such clients". If you lie and do not value clients, what can we talk about with you? If you do not want to cancel the order, but just want to sell the remaining products in the evening for any purpose and for the client to bear the costs for it - you clearly do not understand how to communicate with a client who orders food from you. I asked to cancel the order to add items and change the address - you spat on this. Good luck to you in your work, you will need it with your approach to work and...

And yeah it was exactly 78 minutes ^_^!
I rate a lot of sushi restaurants and in many of them I’m more than happy and I always show my appreciation. But my order from your restaurant was painful disappointment.
My experience: I ordered sushi set “2” with 18 pieces - avocado and tempura futomaki, California, nigiri tamago and nigiri avocado.
Also I took miso soup cuz I love that stuff.
To be fair I’m already waiting for the food for 80 minutes so how can I be excited or happy. Especially I didn’t have any massive order but literally one person order. 🙄🙄
Anyway after hour and half the food arrived and I have something to rate.
I expect the food to be 12/10 When waiting over an hour.
Soup was ok, blend. But doable. I would give it 3/5. Almost 😅 No tofu flooded in seaweed.
So yeah, giant disappointment. First I tried tamago nigiri - blend, tasteless, dry.
All rolls falling apart.
The tempura was soggy, rice was mushy af, sticking to my teeth. No textures or flavours. Just one big mush. Such a shame.
Avocado California. Avocado was just old, you can tell just by looking at it. Double and triple shame.
Avocado nigiri - same issue, falling apart.
I was very excited waiting so long for my diner. And I couldn’t be more sad.
If I could give less than one star, I would. Apparently they lack standards with “so many orders” (bolt food assistance).
If you are hungry, or just don’t wanna wait 90 minutes and be terribly disappointed - I strongly recommend NOT to...
Read moreWe definitely enjoyed the quality of cooking in this small neighbourhood place. The Tom Yum soup as well as one of the main dishes and dessert were delicious. I put 4 only for the fact that both the free seaweed salad and the main dish we chose had quite a lot of chili pepper while that component wasn’t mentioned in the menu (another dish was mentioned as “hot/spicy” and that’s why we decided to choose the “non-spicy” one which appeared to be quite spicy). When we mentioned that to the staff they first said “shrimp likes some chili” but then apologized for not mentioning this and gave us an extraordinarily tasty homemade white chocolate-based cheesecake with caramel. So, I’d give them 4.5 for that but Google doesn’t allow me ;). Hope to come back and try their...
